Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Fudge

Dark chocolate, salted caramel, fudge…these are a few of my favorite things all combined into one delicious, easy, fast, 4-ingredient recipe! If some part of that description didn’t suck you in then you must not be human.

Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 seconds intervals until melted and smooth.

Measure out 1/4 cup of caramel sauce.

Spread the chocolate mixture in a prepared 8×8 pan and top with caramel sauce. Sprinkle the salt evenly over top.

Place in the refrigerator until hard, about 30 minutes.

Lift out and cut into desired serving sizes.

Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Fudge
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cool Time: 30 minutes

12 oz bag dark chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup caramel sauce
3/4 tsp salt

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment or wax paper. Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals until you can easily stir the mixture to a smooth consistency. Pour it into the prepared pan and smooth it out all the way to the edges. Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel over top and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the salt over the entire thing and place in the refrigerator until hard, about 30 minutes. Run a knife around the edges, then lift the fudge out of the pan and slice it up. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
