White Chocolate Cranberries & Pretzels

What’s a little bit sweet, a little bit salty, and a little bit tangy all at the same time? This recipe for White Chocolate Cranberries & Pretzels, of course. Three ingredients and about five minutes of prep time makes this delicious snack a winner in my book.

Start with three simple ingredients: white chocolate, pretzels, and dried cranberries.

Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth, then dump the cranberries and pretzels in on top.

Stir gently until all the pretzels and cranberries are coated in the melted chocolate.

Spread in a more or less single layer (don’t stress over it) on a wax paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the pan and break into small chunks. Store in an airtight container, if there is any left at the end of the day.
