Fudge, glorious fudge! I love fudge. I especially love this fudge because it is the simplest thing in the world to make. You don’t need a lot of time or a candy thermometer. You don’t even need a kitchen. If you live in a dorm with a microwave and mini fridge, you can make this fudge between classes. Try it, your roommates will thank you.

Peanut Butter M&M Fudge
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooling Time: 1 hour
Serves 12
16 oz smooth peanut butter
16 oz can vanilla frosting
1/3 cup mini M&Ms
Line a 9×13 pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Place the peanut butter and frosting in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir those two ingredients together until they are smooth and completely combined. You can pop it back in the microwave for another 15-20 seconds if you need to.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle the M&Ms over the top, pressing them in lightly to be sure they stick.
Refrigerate for one hour. When fudge is firm, lift out of the pan using the aluminum foil and cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
