What’s a little bit sweet, a little bit salty, and a little bit tangy all at the same time? This recipe for White Chocolate Cranberries & Pretzels, of course. Three ingredients and about five minutes of prep time makes this delicious snack a winner in my book.
Start with three simple ingredients: white chocolate, pretzels, and dried cranberries.
Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth, then dump the cranberries and pretzels in on top.
Stir gently until all the pretzels and cranberries are coated in the melted chocolate.
Spread in a more or less single layer (don’t stress over it) on a wax paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the pan and break into small chunks. Store in an airtight container, if there is any left at the end of the day.
White Chocolate Cranberries & Pretzels
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cool Time: 20 minutes
Makes about 4 cups
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
3 cups pretzels
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in two or three 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Add in the cranberries and pretzels and toss gently until everything is coated with the chocolate. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the wax paper and put the pan in the fridge for a about 20 minutes. When the chocolate is solid, break into small chunks and store in an airtight container.
Coating prezels is always a fun and easy way to make a great treat or snack. Never used cranberry before good idea.
