Bourbon BBQ Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 tbsp bourbon
  • 3 tbsp bbq sauce
  • dash of garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Use a paper towel to pat the salmon dry and place on the prepared pan skin side down. Salt fish according your preference.

  3. Stir together remaining ingredients until combined and then spread over the prepared salmon. Bake for 14-17 minutes, until done. Let rest 2-3 minutes before serving.
