Line a small baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. Stir together wet ingredients plus salt, until smooth. Add in oatmeal and chocolate chips and stir again until completely combined. Use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 even balls and place them on the lined pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
These power balls can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature, but we prefer them chilled because they hold their shape better and are a little less messy to eat.
