Maple Walnut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk, any variety you prefer
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup and/or walnuts, for optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to a pint sized mason jar or other similarly sized container with a tightly sealing lid. Add maple syrup and milk, close tightly, and shake to combine. Refrigerate about 6-8 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional syrup or walnuts if desired.
