Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk sweetened or unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in the order listed in a pint sized mason jar, put a lid on it, and shake until well combined. You may have to use a spoon to get the liquid to go down into the dry layer so that it will all fit in the jar.

  2.  Refrigerate overnight.
