In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Meanwhile, heat water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook the ramen noodles in the water according to package directions, about 3 minutes. Steam the broccoli while the noodles and beef cook. Drain the fat from the beef and the water from the noodles, then transfer to a bowl or pot with the broccoli.
